To tell the truth, I haven't even been checking new releases lately. But Dollz Inc. messaged my brother about pre-ordering, and he forwarded the message to me, and only then I was aware of the new girl :D

Thank god I didn't get a Can Can Cat afterall! However I loved the look, I knew there are other dolls I prefer (like Welcome Winter or Enchanted Petal) so when my brother only pre-ordered 1 doll I decided to let Ichigo get that one. But now Milky Way Sugar is coming out and I much prefer this girl. Just a normal, simple, slightly mousy girl. I think I'm going to love her :)

Neo Blythe Can Can Cat

Just when I think my money will be safe (ish) again, I found out about the May release! I haven't been to TiB, but my brother sms-ed me saying that Dollz Inc is already accepting pre-orders for her. So, er, of course I said yes! I love her clothes. I like her hair. I'd prefer it if she's an SBL but it's not that big a deal to me. And most importantly, she's a cat! Hahahah, only very few people would realize how big an argument the last statement is, to me.

Actually, I know I should hold out for Mushroom. But the thing is, since Mushroom will be out this year, I don't think I'll be able to save up in time (or even if I could, I don't know if my budget will afford me spending that much money before going to Japan). But, hmm... I seriously want Precocious Candy's Mushroom more than I want to go to Japan, come to think of it. Or, I'd be able to go to Japan anyway, just not buy another Blythe when I'm there, and why would I get another Blythe when I have Mushroom?

Heart of Montmartre (Japan release dates)

Apparently, the sale date of Heart of Montmartre has been changed. It was on Blythedoll.com's news yesterday but I didn't check until today. Not like it has any significance to us Malaysian fans, but here are the release dates in Japan:

1. Official Blythe (Mobile) Site - 26th March (Wed)
2. CWC Group On-line shopping's reservations - April 2nd (Wed)
3. "Alice in Blytheland" Marui-one (O1) Event Space - April 5th (Sat)
4. "Princess a la mode at Yokohama Doll Museum" Blythe shop - April 6th (Sun)
5. CWC main shop "Junie Moon" in Daikanyama - April 10th (Fri)

This is one release I'm not actually all that excited about, haha. But I'm rereading the event reports and wish I was in Japan during the PAM stuff. At least I caught one exhibition at O1YOUNG.

Also, this is very weird, but I only just realized that Blythedoll.com has an English site. (0_o) And I've been struggling with kanji for how long??

Lolita Dress Set & Natasha Moore promo pic

I've got at least one Natasha Moore pre-ordered at Dollz Inc., and maybe a second one later. Looking at the promo pics, I still want her. But I hope her hair is slightly more subdued in color. Oh well, she's going to be really cute anyway!

I saw the new Junie Moon lolita dress set on This Is Blythe, and I want all of them! Unfortunately I don't think I'll get my hands on them, as they're limited to 100 only. I could ask Kishiko to head down to Junie Moon for me, but I don't think I should. She already did so much for me, tracking down a Cloud 9 in various Toys 'r' Us shops! But damn it, I want cute Lolita dresses. :p

I'm trying to save up money right now. If things go as planned, I might be heading to Tokyo again this October. Only for a week this time, just 5 days maybe? It's enough to go to Yamashiroya again I suppose, and meet up with friends. I'll definitely save up enough to go. The question is, will I be able to save up enough to shop for Blythe items?

I want Natasha Moore!

After much deliberation on my part, I decided that posts where I drool over new dolls should be here, rather than at my normal blog. I'm asking my brother to pre-order Natasha Moore anyway for someone else, but after seeing the real photos I decided I need one for myself as well!

Originally I liked her for the purple hair, chic clothing and the eyechips. But I still preferred Happy Harbor. But after seeing the out of the box Happy Harbor photos my interest in her waned a little bit. I loved Happy Harbor's eyechips, but not her hair. I thought she'd be more blonde, but her hair's that mousy color that sort of gets boring after awhile. I still didn't crave Natasha Moore until I saw this, though:

She's so cute! Wine-red hair (I adore the color, and I love redheads anyway), fabulous stock clothing and eyechips... sigh. I'd prefer if she's an RBL, but she's still cute the way she is. I'm guessing she's resemble Fiona somewhat, but since when has that stopped me?
